So i found this really great diet i plan on trying out. Having gotten incredibly overweight this summer, so much so that i can practically feel my thighs blubbering out of my jeans (ew) I feel like something claiming to drop your weight fast can’t be bad. Here goes.
RULES FOR MY WEEK:
#1:No white foods: breads, tortillas, pasta, milk, cheeses, etc.
#2: No fruits: vegetables are like fruit without the sugar
#3: Repetitive meals: keeping it the same creates a pattern
#4: Drink up: all water all the time, no more fruit juices or milk
#5: Saturdays = free day: binge like a whore, it actually forces your body to keep up the pattern of rapid weight loss!
I’ll see how this actually works and let the fine public know!
All my tattoos are sharpie and come off in the shower. What a shame.
